Full priced items purchased from MerakiMind can be returned within 7 days from the date the item was received as long as they comply to the following criteria:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Sent back or have contacted our team within 7 days of receiving the item.
Unfortunately, this doesn't apply to items bought on sale, including those bought using discount codes. All on sale items are non eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to initiate a return:
- to initiate a return please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel
- once you have contacted us and your request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send it back to us
- ship the item back
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criterion.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please ensure to track your returned parcel through your selected courier to ensure parcel does not get lost, as we are not liable for lost returns.
